What You'll Be Doing
In this customer-facing position, you'll guide homeowners through the roofing process from the initial conversation through project completion.
Your responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing concerns
- Performing roof inspections and documenting findings
- Explaining roofing options and restoration solutions
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating project details
- Maintaining communication throughout each customer's project
- Recording customer activity using company CRM software
- Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development
