$23.00–$25.00/hour | Monthly Bonus | 20% Housing Discount
Are You an Experienced Maintenance Professional Ready for a New Challenge?
We’re searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community in Phoenixville. If you have a strong background in residential, multifamily, or facilities maintenance—and you know your way around work orders, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs—you could be a great fit here.
Please Note:
This role requires recent, relevant hands-on experience in apartment, residential, or building maintenance. If you do not have direct experience with work orders, troubleshooting repairs, and maintaining building systems (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.), this position will not be the right fit.
What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues
- Perform drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
- Complete apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready
- Take part in preventive maintenance and seasonal duties like snow removal
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of full-time, hands-on maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or similar residential settings
- Proven skills in plumbing, basic electrical, appliance repair, and general troubleshooting
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent resident service skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools required
- EPA certification is a plus
Important Application Requirement:
Your resume must clearly show your relevant hands-on maintenance experience—including any paid in cash, side jobs, or non-traditional work. Please make sure to describe your maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, work order management, etc.) under each job in your work history. Applications that do not include this information will not be reviewed.
If your experience does not include hands-on maintenance in residential, multifamily, hospitality, or facilities settings, this role is not a fit. We respectfully ask that you do not apply unless you meet these requirements.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM
On-call rotation every other week
Benefits:
- $23.00–$25.00 per hour
- Monthly performance bonus
- 20% apartment discount after 6 months
- Medical, dental & vision insurance
- Paid holidays & 15 days PTO
- Growth opportunities with a stable team
We’re actively interviewing and ready to hire the right person. If you’re ready to bring your skills to a great team, we want to hear from you.
