Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes to ensure quality and visual appeal
- Manage table settings, ensure proper food handling, and uphold food safety standards at all times
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns proactively
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
