VentureKids Academy is a children’s enrichment center in Lafayette, CA, serving kids from 6 months to 14 years old with early childhood, sports, STEM, and arts programs. We nurture the next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders through hands-on learning, creativity, and active play — and we’re building a passionate elite team to grow with us.
Lead joyful parent-and-child classes for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3), guiding little ones through music, movement, and sensory play. Love party planning? Add hours and pay as our Weekend Birthday Party Host.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging parent-child music and movement classes for ages 0–3
- Plan lessons that follow our curriculum and developmental goals
- Facilitate music, movement, sensory, and social-development activities
- Set up and clean up the classroom before and after each session
- Know and help achieve class enrollment and sales goals
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Host high-energy weekend birthday parties (optional add-on role)
What You Need
- 2+ years leading infant/toddler music & movement classes
- Warm, upbeat energy and comfort leading groups of parents and children
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, and customer-service minded
- Experience planning or hosting kids’ birthday parties is a plus
