Minimum Requirements (please do not apply unless you meet ALL of these):
- 15+ years of personal injury litigation experience (20+ years preferred)
- Board Certified in Personal Injury Law
- 15+ jury trials taken to verdict
- Extensive experience taking and defending fact, expert, corporate representative, and treating physician depositions
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing attorneys and/or paralegals

The Role
Lead Bush & Bush Law Group's Texas litigation department. Drive attorney accountability, litigation KPIs, and trial readiness across the firm's docket while carrying a small, manageable caseload of your own.
You will:
- Conduct recurring litigation file reviews and hold attorneys accountable to KPIs
- Ensure attorneys and files are trial-ready at all times
- Mentor and develop litigation attorneys; assist with hiring
- Review pleadings, motions, and filings for quality and compliance
- Occasionally handle depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, and appeals
- Coordinate strategy with the Law & Motions department
- Solve operational and staffing problems affecting the litigation team
