Fantasy Costumes is seeking a creative, energetic, well organize, and enthusiastic Customer Service professional to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our store, helping customers find the perfect costumes and accessories while delivering outstanding service. A strong interest in cosplay and anime is highly valued, as you’ll help bring customers’ favorite characters to life.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, engaging service
- Assist with costume and accessory selection using creativity and product knowledge
- Offer recommendations based on cosplay and anime knowledge
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Restock merchandise and support store displays
- Contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Outgoing, talkative, and customer-focused
- Passion for cosplay, anime, and pop culture
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions
- Comfortable with cash handling
- Multilingual skills (English + additional language) are a plus
- Must be available on weekends
