Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Provide a professional, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every client.
- Follow treatment protocols and maintain accurate client treatment records.
- Manage appointment timing efficiently and stay on schedule throughout the day.
- Properly clean and care for treatment equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience as an Esthetician in a spa or salon setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Background in hospitality is a plus.
- Microneedling and dermaplaning certificates are required.
