Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts across assigned territories
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing value propositions effectively
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage territory sales activities by maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling relevant products or services
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build trust and close deals effectively
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans for territory growth
- Background in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation is essential
