We're Hiring: Remote Fully Licensed Therapists
Want the ultimate flexibility of working from home, but tired of the isolation and administrative headaches of managing a solo private practice? We are looking for New Jersey licensed clinical professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) who want to focus 100% on clinical care while we handle the business mechanics.
You control your preferred clinical hours and manage your caseload with total autonomy, while we provide a steady, reliable pipeline of pre-screened clients that match your area of expertise.
We're looking for clinicians who hold one of the following active, unrestricted New Jersey licenses:
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Must be eligible for insurance credentialing in NJ (we panel through Headway). Unlicensed associates, interns, and pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered at this time.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy to clients entirely via our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Conduct clinical intakes, diagnostic assessments, and collaborative treatment planning.
- Manage your remote caseload with strong clinical autonomy and zero micromanagement.
- Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted NJ therapy license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy (community mental health, hospital, clinic, or private practice settings all welcome!).
- Reliable high-speed internet, a private/confidential workspace, and comfort using telehealth technology.
- Strong clinical judgment and a well-developed therapeutic approach.
