Dental Office Manager Full-Time | 4 Days Per Week | Burien, WA
We are looking for an exceptional Dental Office Manager to join our team and help lead our practice to its next level of success.
This is more than an administrative role. We are looking for a confident, organized, people-focused leader who understands that a successful dental practice requires strong systems, an engaged team, accountability, and a clear focus on results.
The Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role is a natural leader who:
- Leads by example and creates a positive, accountable team culture
- Motivates and develops team members while supporting strong retention
- Keeps the practice focused on its goals and priorities
- Understands and monitors key metrics, including revenue, production, and collections
- Takes ownership of practice performance and follows through on commitments
- Implements systems and ensures they are consistently followed
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with patients and team members
- Identifies challenges, solves problems, and keeps the team moving forward
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop the dental team
- Drive operational excellence and practice performance
- Monitor and improve revenue and collection goals
- Maintain accountability to practice objectives
- Implement and maintain effective systems and workflows
- Keep the team focused on priorities and minimize distractions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take action
- Partner with leadership to achieve the practice’s vision and goals
