Job Summary
We are seeking a highly-motivated and customer-oriented home design sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate product knowledge.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, providing information about products and services as needed.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current interior design trends and products experience.
- Previous experience in retail sales or furniture store environments is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
