Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lighting Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lighting systems in various settings throughout Homeowner Associations. This role requires a strong understanding of lighting and electrical equipment and the ability to work with hand tools. Pay is dependant on Skills and Knowledge
Responsibilities
- Survey properties existing lighting & electrical.
- Generate detailed report with specific locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on outdoor lighting fixtures and related equipment.
- Troubleshooting of electrical issues.
- Maintain an organized inventory of lighting equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working in various environments.
Skills
- Have general knowledge of lighting and electrical.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. .
- Strong communication and reporting skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings.
