Ptarmigan Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Seasonal Part-Time Bartenders and Servers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in providing outstanding member and guest experiences.
Whether serving in the clubhouse, dining areas, special events, or outdoor spaces, team members play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our members and guests.
Compensation
- $12.14 per hour plus gratuities
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company and safety standards (Bartenders)
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service areas
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining rooms, events, and special functions
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all local and company policies
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members and club leadership to create a positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or club experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be reliable, team-oriented, and personable
- Bartending experience preferred for bartender applicants
- Must meet all state age requirements for alcohol service
