Responsibilities
● Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
● Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
● Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
● Sanitize high-touch surfaces
● Make beds and straighten rooms in residential properties
● Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
● Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
● Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Excellent attendance and dependability
● Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
● Reliable transportation NOT Shaired
● Valid driver’s license
● Ability to pass a background check
● Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
● Willingness to take drug screens throughout the year when asked as a condition of continued employment
● I understand that, as a condition of employment, I am required to sign a Non-Solicitation, Confidentiality Agreement, and non complete This agreement prohibits me from using or disclosing Helpful Housekeeping’s confidential business information, including client information, pricing, schedules, procedures, and other proprietary information. It also prohibits me from soliciting, accepting work from, or attempting to contact any current or former Helpful Housekeeping clients for the purpose of providing competing cleaning services during my employment and for a period of two (2) years after my employment ends, whether I resign or my employment is terminated.
