Part-Time Barn Assistant Location:
Youngs Hill Equestrian Center, LLC – Easton, PA
Youngs Hill Equestrian Center is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. This is a physically demanding position focused on stall cleaning, barn maintenance, and keeping our facility clean, safe, and organized.
Schedule -
- Part-time (10–20 hours per week) - Primarily evening shifts (approximately 4:00–7:00 PM)
- Weekday and weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities -
- Clean and pick horse stalls
- Operate a utility vehicle (Gator)
- Transport and dispose of manure
- Restock stalls with fresh sawdust and hay
- Dump, scrub, and refill water buckets
- Sweep barn aisles and maintain a clean facility
- Assist with general barn maintenance and seasonal projects
- Horse handling may be required on occasion; training will be provided as needed
Qualifications -
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Horse or farm experience is a plus but not required
This is a labor-focused position and is not a riding or grooming job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hard work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in an agricultural environment.
