Position Summary
Annie Gunn’s is looking for an experienced PM Line Cook who takes pride in executing high-quality food with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. This position is responsible for preparing and serving menu items during dinner service while maintaining the standards that have made Annie Gunn’s a destination restaurant for decades.

What You'll Do
Service Execution
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Execute dinner service with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Maintain station readiness throughout service.
- Ensure all dishes meet Annie Gunn’s standards for quality and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow cooks during service.
Station Management
- Set up, stock, and break down assigned station.
- Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
- Follow proper food storage and rotation procedures.
Food Safety
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations.
- Maintain compliance with company and Health Department standards.
- Properly handle equipment and kitchen tools.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of line cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy services.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
