Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as directed and document accurately
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Work closely with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure excellent resident care
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
