Located in Utica Square, Wild Fork is a restaurant like no other, offering a wide spectrum of dining options including upscale breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes served in an opulent dining room or on our historic outside patio.
Key Responsibilities:

Run food to tables.

Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.

Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.

Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.

Clean tables.
-
Assist servers with tasks.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Food handler license from the Tulsa Health Department
