Duties
- Greet customers warmly, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing stock rooms
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Assist with store merchandising to create attractive displays that highlight featured products
- Support supervising staff in daily operations and ensure adherence to store policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or specialty shop setting
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles in retail environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations
- Experience in conducting product demos and upselling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Knowledge of vaping products or willingness to learn about the industry is highly desirable
