Great Lakes Neurobehavioral Center (GLNC) is expanding and is excited to announce an opportunity to join its team. GLNC provides comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments, as well as interventions to assist parents and families in understanding a child’s strengths and challenges. Located on the edge of beautiful Centennial Lake in Edina, MN, GLNC is located approximately 15 miles south/southwest of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul and provides needed psychological services to both suburban and urban communities.
A psychometrist will be responsible for administering, recording, and scoring neuropsychological and psychological tests, writing behavioral observations and chartnotes, completing forms, and consulting with clinicians. Organization of the test kits and ordering test materials may also be a duty of the psychometrist.
A flexible variety of days, including Saturdays, are options for clinic.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Carrying psychometric caseload as defined by clinic
- Compliance with clinic documentation standards
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with staff and patients
- Adherence to directives by applicable direct clinical and administrative supervisors
- BA in Psychology or closely related field.
- Experience in administering, recording, and scoring psychological tests
- Evidence of a high level of professionalism within the field
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
