YOUR CAREER PATH:
You will start with a 3 to 5 week paid mentorship alongside an experienced driver. Real loads, real routes, real miles. No simulators, no classrooms. By the time you go solo, you will have the skills and confidence to run any lane in the country.
YOUR PAY AFTER TRAINING:
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
- Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure
- Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week
HOME TIME:
- 2 weeks out 2 days home

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
- No prior OTR experience needed we will train you
- No moving violations or preventable accidents since obtaining CDL-A
- No unexplained employment gaps in the last 3 years
- Must pass DOT physical and drug test (hair & urine)
- No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
- No failed drug tests ever
