Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support early childhood development by engaging children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times for infants and toddlers
- Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Use your classroom experience or daycare background to create engaging educational activities that foster childhood growth
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children
- Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding routines and developmental milestones
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
