The Dining Server is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and compassionate dining service to residents and guests. The Dining Server assists with meal service, maintains a clean and safe dining environment, and supports the Dining Services team in creating an enjoyable restaurant-style experience for residents.

Must be at least 18 years of age, or meet applicable state requirements.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred.

Must have good communication and customer service skills.

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Must maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude when working with residents, families, guests, and coworkers.

Must demonstrate patience and compassion when interacting with older adults.

Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Must successfully complete required company and community training.
