Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care
Maintain resident safety/environment: respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring
Assist with nutrition: meal setup, feeding, hydration per resident preferences
Support restorative care: ambulation, transfers, ROM, assistive devices
Report changes in physical, emotional, or psychosocial status promptly
Document all care per facility protocol
