Carolina Speech & OT offers a small company feeling while offering full benefit packages and streamlined documentation. We are looking to for one therapist to provide therapy in our Statesville office along with a small number of daycares and preschools within Statesville, NC. This is a full-time case-load but could also be heavy part-time for the right individual. We haven't had an opening in this office for many years. Our office is located in the historic district of downtown Statesville.
**Duties:**
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapy to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and case management documentation
**Qualifications:**
- State licensure as an COTA
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
