What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct exams, review medical histories, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans.
- Perform in-office procedures (injections, wound care, suturing, etc.).
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and efficiently in the EMR.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) — required
- Active Pennsylvania license
- Previous experience in a family medicine or primary care setting with direct patient care (through employment or clinical rotations) is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A genuine passion for patient-centered, evidence-based medicine

Pay: $123,754.79 - $131,870.80 per year
