Business Development Agents will answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments. They follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales. They are responsible for:
- Being knowledgeable about the product line and competitive products, no experience necessary, will train from within
- Setting appointments for test drives and deliveries
- Basic client services - answering product questions, discussing pricing & availability
- Representing the dealership professionally and enthusiastically
