Job Summary
LaserForm, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Waterjet Operator to join our Night Shift team. This position is responsible for producing sheet, plate, and structural parts from a variety of metal materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor waterjet machines
- Perform machine setup and changeovers
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect finished parts using basic measuring and inspection tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues
- Stage and handle raw materials
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Complete required production documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and ISO 9001 quality procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely operate tools and machinery
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Metal fabrication: 1 year (Preferred)
