Caregiver (Hayward)
Location: Hayward, California
Position: Part Time
Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person centered support in the participant's home and community.
- Assist with personal care as needed while promoting dignity and independence.
- Support daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and community outings.
- Encourage communication, social engagement, and independence.
- Transport the participant to appointments and community activities when needed.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment.
- Complete accurate daily documentation and communicate with the bttr Living team.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass all required background clearances.
