What You Get

- Estimated annual compensation of $104,000-$135,000

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Interpret findings and establish treatment goals
- Administer high-quality Physical Therapy services
- Track and document patient progress
- Educate patients and family members
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Complete required documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- 1 year of experience preferred
- New graduates may be considered
- Passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
