Job description:
As Office Admin., you are responsible for greeting all customers, visitors, and vendors entering the building and assisting them as necessary. You will be the first point of contact for our company phone line where you will screen and send calls to the appropriate associates or departments. You will handle ordering and stocking office consumables. Also, assisting sales staff as needed, building job folders, and communicating information back to customers.
We are looking to hire someone who is outgoing and friendly, as well as professional and well-spoken. If you have the ability to work independently, are detail-oriented and organized then this is the job for you!
