Role Description
Mixtomart LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily print, mail, scanning, and fulfillment operations. This role involves assisting with document production, operating basic print and mail equipment, preparing materials, performing quality checks, organizing finished work, and helping ensure that client jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a production environment, and able to follow instructions carefully while maintaining quality and confidentiality. Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily print, mail, scanning, and fulfillment production work.
- Operate or assist with laser printers, inkjet printers, scanners, folding/inserting equipment, and other basic production machines.
- Prepare materials for production, including loading paper, envelopes, labels, inserts, and other supplies.
- Print, scan, sort, organize, and prepare documents for mailing or fulfillment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure documents are accurate, complete, properly matched, and meet client requirements.
- Package, label, organize, and stage finished products for shipping, mailing, or internal processing.
- Assist with USPS mail preparation and outgoing shipment support.
- Track production materials and notify the supervisor when inventory is low.
- Support basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
- Assist the Production Coordinator or Supervisor with troubleshooting basic production issues.
- Follow daily production schedules and help meet output targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and applicable OSHA workplace requirements.
- Assist with general office or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required upon hire.
- Prior experience in printing, mailing, fulfillment, warehouse, document scanning, packaging, or production work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Computer skills required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality when handling client documents and sensitive information.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move during the shift.
- Ability to lift and move boxes of paper, envelopes, mail trays, and production materials.
- Comfortable working around printers, scanners, inserters, and other production equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
