Position Overview
The Warehouse Photographer / Inventory Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality eCommerce product photography and maintaining accurate product master data for all items entering the facility. This role supports multiple business units, including warehouse and marketing by ensuring every product is visually documented and fully prepared for online listing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment with a fast-paced product flow.
Key Responsibilities
Product Photography
- Capture eCommerce-quality product photos for all major Rugby, Cardinal Health, and Fabrication product lines.
- Photograph all items in the medical product portfolio for online listings.
- Maintain consistent lighting, angles, and styling to meet brand and marketplace standards.
- Edit and prepare images for upload, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with platform requirements.
Inventory & Master Data Management
- Ensure all new items entering the warehouse are photographed promptly.
- Record and maintain essential product master data, including:
1. Weight
2. Dimensions
3. UPCs
4. Product attributes
5. Packaging details
- Own and manage master data elements within SellerCloud (or similar eCommerce inventory systems).
- Verify accuracy of product information before items go live online.
