The Enclave at Cambridge is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. This LPN position plays a key role in providing quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care community.
Our LPNs work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and compassionate care.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Enclave at Cambridge, you will:
- Provide direct resident care within the LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Document nursing care accurately in the medical record
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
- Follow infection control and facility policies
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience as an LPN in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living is preferred but not required.
