We are currently seeking an aspiring and customer-focused AT&T Sales Representative to join our sales team. In the role of an AT&T Sales Representative, you will represent AT&T’s wireless internet services, connecting customers with innovative solutions that meet their communication needs. You will serve a pivotal role in fostering customer engagement, cultivating qualified leads, and executing successful sales while delivering a seamless, consultative, and customer-centric experience.
AT&T Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate and articulate AT&T’s wireless internet solutions to both prospective and existing customers face to face.
- Deliver tailored product recommendations aligned with each customer's unique communication and connectivity needs.
- Develop customized service plans, quotations, and proposals to address individual customer requirements.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers and key business stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with urgency and professionalism, ensuring optimal satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate performance metrics within the assigned territory and compile detailed sales activity reports.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.
AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education is a plus.
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or a related client-facing role is preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate rapport, establish trust, and effectively close sales through in-person engagement.
- Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates high energy, intrinsic motivation, and a performance-oriented mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the assigned local territory as needed.
- Dependable, polished, and highly driven with a strong desire for professional development and long-term growth within the organization.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
