As a memory care worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and transfers
Helping with mealtime needs, including cooking, serving, and feeding as required
Performing light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
Supporting residents in social, recreational, and intellectual activities to encourage engagement and a sense of community
Aiding with medication reminders or administration (certification required for certain tasks, additional pay provided)
Maintaining a calm, consistent routine to support residents with memory challenges
Providing companionship and building trust through respectful, compassionate interactions
No experience? No problem! We provide on-site training and career advancement opportunities for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Starting at $18.50/hour, additional pay based upon experience and shift
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Physical ability to assist residents with lifting, transfers, and personal care
Willingness to learn and adapt to each resident’s individual needs
Experience in memory care is a plus, but not required—on-site training provided
