Position Overview
We are hiring a dependable Roadside Assistance Technician to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to motorists in need. This role focuses on light roadside services and customer care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to roadside service calls promptly
- Perform jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery
- Ensure customer safety during service calls
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Maintain service truck organization and equipment
- Accurately document services and payments
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Flexible schedule availability
