Crown has an immediate opening for a Full Time BDC Service / Sales Follow up Rep. This position follows up with customers by phone after a service visit or after sales to determine customer satisfaction.
Position requires: Minimum of One Year Customer Service experience

Responsibilities:
Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
Punctuality is a MUST!
Handle all calls in a professional manner.
Ability to communicate clearly with external and internal customers. Proper spelling, grammar and good voice tone.
Run and print reports as needed for follow up
Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.
Refer positive and negative feedback to appropriate channels.
Track outgoing calls and contacts and report to Manager as needed.
Assist in other BDC functions when needed.
Keep work areas clean and neat
Basic computer skills.
Performs other duties as assigned based on company’s needs.
Qualifications:
One-year minimum, customer service experience
Basic computer and telephone skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Team player
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
