Serving responsibilities include serving guest, helping prep FOH items, cleaning, maintaining a clean work area, opening duties and closing duties. Must be an independent worker with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Set goals for growth
- Clean, stock, maintain par levels, keep area clean and tidy
- Enforce policies
- Ensure quality of drinks
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, customer concerns, loss of business to competitors)
