This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical support, ensuring smooth operations. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while assisting healthcare providers with clinical tasks. Duties
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently, and manage smooth and timely patient flow.
- Collect patient histories, and document clinical notes accurately.
- Assist with clinical procedures such as injections, monitoring IV patients, chaperoning during procedures, preparing specimens for lab tests, and support physician with tasks related to Naturopathic Medicine
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Monitor, stock, and place supply orders
- Prepare various supplements for shipping
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing medical record releases, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and coordinating referrals within hospital or clinic settings.
Qualifications
Diploma or certificate from an accredited medical assistant program and some previous or current experience in medical assisting or reception within hospital medicine, urgent care, private practice or outpatient clinics. Must provide proof of MA credentials, past or present.

- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards patient care and teamwork
Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
