CST / Delivery Driver

As a CST / Delivery Driver at American Rental Home Furnishings, you’ll help customers turn houses into homes by delivering, setting up, and servicing quality home furnishings. You’ll spend your day on the road, in the store, and with customers - making sure every delivery feels easy, respectful, and dependable for our customers. No CDL required!
What You’ll Do
Deliver, set up, and care for merchandise
· Drive a company vehicle to deliver, pick up, service, and move merchandise for customers and stores.
· Safely set up and demonstrate products in customers’ homes with care and professionalism.
· Help keep showroom merchandise clean, organized, and ready for customers.
· Help with inventory, product transfers, and placing merchandise where it belongs.
· Troubleshoot and complete basic fixes on merchandise before sending items out for repair. Training is provided.
Support customers and the store team
· Welcome customers, answer questions, and help create a positive in-store experience.
· Assist with rental payments, product questions, and helping customers find what they need.
· Complete basic paperwork and keep information organized so the team can work efficiently.
Help keep operations running smoothly
· Help keep the store, showroom, warehouse area, and parking lot clean, safe, and organized.
· Complete routine checks on the company vehicle to help keep deliveries safe and dependable.
· Assist with customer follow-up and account support when needed.
· Take part in company-wide community fundraising efforts that support Riley Kids and Kosair Kids.
What We’re Looking For
You do not need a CDL for this role. Candidates must be at least 20 years old, have a valid in-state driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record. The best fit is someone who is dependable, active, friendly, comfortable lifting and moving furniture, and ready to learn new skills. Dependability is especially important in this role because our team and our customers count on our CST / Delivery Drivers to show up, follow through, and deliver and set up products when promised.

Schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with one weekday off and Sundays off.
