Job Posting – Custodian 2
South Louisiana Community College is accepting applications for a Custodian 2 at our Opelousas Campus. Shifts are available for day shift positions. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail, experience cleaning commercial facilities, and the ability to present themselves in a professional manner. This is a full time classified Civil Service position, with compensation based upon experience and subject to market conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning and sanitizing of all interior spaces including offices, passageways, restrooms, auditoriums etc.
- Routine cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance of all floor systems.
- Responding to emergency custodial issues on campus grounds.
- Performing other deep cleaning tasks as identified in established cleaning schedules.
