Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team of caregivers, providing in-home support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support and assistance to clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our care team
Monitor and report client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to all agency and regulatory guidelines
