Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and vestibular conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referral and clinical judgment
- Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, Graston technique, aquatic therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and biofeedback
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to support optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with PTAs and support clinical education for students
- Educate patients and families to promote long-term function and independence
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Required

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy. Licensed as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire and Vermont (or eligible for temporary licensure). BLS certification required.
Preferred

Experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, or orthopedics is a plus.
