We are hiring an experienced Construction Planner / Scheduler to join a well-established commercial construction team in Houston.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction planning/scheduling experience
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project timelines
- Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project progress and update timelines
- Identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure milestones are met
- Prepare schedule reports and communicate project status
Compensation & Schedule:
- $35.00 per hour
