Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Assembler!
Start your manufacturing career as a Mechanical Assembler I, where you’ll perform hands-on assembly of hardware components within PCB systems. This role provides a supportive, training-focused environment designed to build core technical skills.

Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical parts such as brackets, fans, fasteners, and enclosures to PCBAs using standard tools.

Follow assembly instructions, blueprints to complete basic builds.

Conduct visual inspections for correct hardware placement and basic fit issues.

Assist with packaging and labeling completed units.

Adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness of workstation and comply with 6S practices.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

No prior experience necessary; 0–1 year of general manufacturing or mechanical work is a plus.

Basic English reading and writing skills required to read work instructions.

Ability to carry out detailed but straightforward instructions.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
