365 Heating & Air is seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in new construction installs and are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, efficient work and being part of a fast-paced team.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems in residential new construction projects
- Set and install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans
- Ensure all installs meet code requirements and company standards
- Work alongside team members to complete jobs on schedule
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and builders
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Experience in new construction installs is a plus
- Ability to read plans and layout systems
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
