This role starts part-time. We are a growing company and expect this position to grow into full-time, with full benefits, as our team expands.
The Role
We are looking for an HVAC Dispatcher / Receptionist to join our team. You will be the voice of our company, the person our customers reach when their AC quits in August, and the person our technicians count on to keep their day running.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 12:00pm to 5:30pm. Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Tuesdays off. No early mornings, no evenings.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally
- Take service requests and schedule them in our dispatch software
- Dispatch service calls to technicians and manage their schedules through the day
- Follow up with customers on scheduling, arrival windows, and job status
- Track technician supplies and inventory
- Hand off open items to the morning dispatcher at the end of each shift
- Other office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, this is a must
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Calm under pressure, our summers get busy
- Team player with a good attitude
- Comfortable with computers and able to learn new software quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior dispatch, scheduling, or service industry office experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
- Experience with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar field service software is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Pay and Growth
Starting pay is $23.00 per hour during training. Pay increases to $24.00 per hour once you are running dispatch independently, and $25.00 per hour at twelve months based on performance.
We will train you on HVAC dispatch. We are looking for the right person, not the perfect resume.
