We're looking for a Full-Time Dental Sterilization Technician to join our amazing team!

Your primary role will be ensuring our instruments and treatment areas are properly sterilized and ready for patient care. When needed, you'll also have the opportunity to assist our clinical team, making every day a little different.

- Dental experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
Responsibilities:
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and package dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves.
- Monitor and document sterilization cycles and maintain accurate logs.
- Organize and stock treatment rooms.
- Maintain inventory of sterile dental supplies and notify management when reordering is needed.
- Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned, disinfected, and prepared between patients.
- Dispose of biohazardous and contaminated waste according to safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing sterilization and clinical areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and testing of sterilization equipment.
- Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and office policies.
- Assist dentists and hygienists chairside during procedures when needed.
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
- Set up and break down trays for scheduled procedures.
- Take digital X-rays (if certified and permitted by state regulations).
- Provide exceptional patient care and help create a welcoming environment.
- Support the team with other clinical or administrative duties as assigned.
Pay Range: Based on experience. We value growth and offer opportunities for pay increases as you develop your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance in the role.
