Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Swimming Pool Construction & Service Technician, where your expertise will help create and maintain beautiful, safe, and functional aquatic environments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new pools, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring water quality standards are met. Duties
- Install new swimming pools, including plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components
- Perform routine pool maintenance such as cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain optimal water quality
- Conduct system checks on pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to ensure proper operation
- Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to complete installation and maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining maintenance procedures and addressing client concerns professionally
Experience
- Prior experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred
- Knowledge of pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and water treatment chemical handling is essential
- Hands-on experience with pool equipment troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing, cleaning procedures, and equipment maintenance practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely in outdoor environments
- Previous service technician experience in outdoor or aquatic settings is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
